ARTISTI IN CITTA’ vuole mostrare i vantaggi sociali, fiscali ed economici di un corretto rapporto di lavoro con gli artisti, creando dei momenti di incontro e formazione per tutti i potenziali datori di lavoro (locali, bar, aziende, fondazioni, associazioni, pro loco, cooperative, etc) che spesso ignorano le specifiche del lavoro in ambito artistico e dello spettacolo. Allo stesso tempo si rivolge agli artisti della città per gli stessi motivi, perché solo tramite la conoscenza dei propri diritti è possibile garantire un lavoro di qualità. Gli incontri fungeranno inoltre da “speed-dating” tra gli artisti cittadini e le aziende, le associazioni e i commercianti invitati, in modo da favorire la nascita di nuove collaborazioni in sinergia e lo sviluppo di una rete sociale e collaborativa.

Nati da un’idea di Antonio Irre, artista e designer culturale padovano, APS MetaArte Associazione Arte & Cultura, in collaborazione con Compagnia d’Opera Raminzona e il Centro Servizi al Volontariato di Padova eRovigo, organizza due incontri aperti a tutta la città, tra fine novembre ed inizio dicembre 2022. Gli incontri, della durata di 2 ore e mezza, saranno divisi in due parti: una parte di “speed-dating” (circa 30 min), ovvero incontri faccia a faccia tra operatori e artisti, per facilitare la conoscenza reciproca e la possibile nascita di nuove collaborazioni. Una seconda parte, più corposa (2 ore), prevede un approfondimento formativo e pratico da parte di un consulente esperto nelle pratiche legate al mondo dell’arte e dello spettacolo, anche a seguito dei nuovi decreti nazionali del settore. Un’occasione unica per chiarirsi le idee, potersi togliere dubbi e curiosità e capire cosa è più vantaggioso, sia da parte dei committenti che dei lavoratori.

Il consulente: Andrea Marco Ricci lavora nella musica da 25 anni. Dopo varie esperienze come musicista, fonico e imprenditore, si è dedicato all’attività legale. Avvocato specializzato in diritto d’autore e legislazione dello spettacolo, e dottore di ricerca in informatica giuridica e diritto dell’informatica, è considerato uno dei più prolifici formatori di music business in Italia.
Già membro del Comitato per la revisione dello Statuto e dei Regolamenti Siae (2007-2011), è dal 2013 Consigliere d’Amministrazione del Nuovo IMAIE. Fondatore e Presidente di Note Legali, Associazione per la tutela del musicista e del Coordinamento delle Associazioni dei Musicisti (CAM) si dedica da oltre 15 anni alla tutela dei musicisti e degli autori e compositori di musica.

At the same time it is aimed at artists in the city for the same reasons, because only through knowledge of their rights is it possible to ensure quality work. The meetings will also serve as a “speed-dating” between city artists and invited companies, associations and merchants, so as to foster the emergence of new collaborations in synergy and the development of a social and collaborative network. Monday, November 28 5:30 p.m.-8 p.m. Monday, December 5, 2022 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Both meetings will be held c/o CSV Via Gradenigo 10, Padua, Italy. The brainchild of Antonio Irre, an artist and cultural designer from Padua, APS MetaArte Associazione Arte & Cultura, in collaboration with Compagnia d’Opera Raminzona and the Centro Servizi al Volontariato of Padua andRovigo, is organizing two meetings open to the whole city in late November and early December 2022. The meetings, lasting 2 1/2 hours, will be divided into two parts: a “speed-dating” part (about 30 min), i.e., face-to-face meetings between operators and artists, to facilitate mutual acquaintance and the possible establishment of new collaborations. A second, more substantial part (2 hrs.), includes an in-depth training and practical discussion by a consultant expert in practices related to the world of art and entertainment, also following the new national decrees of the sector. This is a unique opportunity to clarify ideas, be able to remove doubts and curiosity, and understand what is most beneficial, both on the part of principals and workers.

The consultant: Andrea Marco Ricci has been working in music for 25 years. After various experiences as a musician, sound engineer and entrepreneur, he devoted himself to legal work. A lawyer specializing in copyright and entertainment law, and a PhD in legal informatics and information technology law, he is considered one of the most prolific music business trainers in Italy.

A former member of the Committee for the revision of the Siae Statute and Regulations (2007-2011), he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Nuovo IMAIE since 2013. Founder and President of Note Legali, an Association for the Protection of Musicians and the Coordination of Musicians’ Associations (CAM), he has been dedicated to the protection of musicians and authors and composers of music for more than 15 years.
